It's no surprise that the travel industry was hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic, but fortunately business is starting to rebound, and Trellist is helping its newest client make their own comeback. We're working with a global leader in the digital travel shopping industry to reevaluate and revamp their B2B social business strategy.
Trellist began this engagement with a social audit to determine what channels are most effective and worth pursuing. The audit will eventually lead to a strategic roadmap that will help define how the organization communicates to its business partners via social media.
"The focus of the project was to assess the company's social properties across the B2B space and make recommendations for a new architecture as well as the tools and platforms needed to effectively manage those properties into the future," said Tyler Holloway, Consulting and Account Leadership. "By doing this audit, we're providing the client efficiencies and consistency across their social properties that will help their presence scale into the future."
B2B social strategies are a necessity in our rapidly changing digital world, and Trellist is committed to helping businesses incorporate effective strategies into their social playbooks.
"B2B social media is becoming more accepted across a wide variety of industries, and we've been approached by this new client to help organize and get best practices set into place," said Lydia de Martino, Client Leadership for Social and Content. "We're taking a bird's-eye look at their B2B social media accounts and trying to identify a more effective strategic approach to help them continue to succeed in the future."
