Trellist was approached by a National Health System to create a strategy for their Intranet, which supports the company’s 40,000 employees across the country. Trellist will begin the engagement with the development of a SharePoint strategy with the purpose of enhancing collaboration, communication and data access. Once the strategy is finalized, Trellist will have first right of refusal for the development, training and change management services needed to successfully launch and support the new site.
