Trellist is working with a global biologics company’s Market Access group for the third consecutive year on program strategy and collateral development supporting patients and healthcare professionals. The goal of the program is to provide information that helps patients gain access to the care they need.
With each year, the program has evolved to become more focused on digital communications, although print remains a primary channel. The digital transition is a result of gathered feedback revealing the majority of healthcare professionals now prefer the digital program aspects. The digital program also allows for greater efficiency with project timelines and costs, along with maintenance of the program’s content and assets.
As with all communications targeting healthcare professionals and patients, this project requires a high level of regulatory review. Trellist helped to streamline this process for the client, developing a thorough understanding of the requirements and workflow in order to consistently meet client timelines and expectations
