With more than $700 billion in assets under management, the new client provides insurance and investment products to customers in more than 25 countries and territories worldwide.
The engagement will begin with Trellist developing a roadmap to help the company expand its social media footprint globally while optimizing its approach to social listening. A social business playbook, social media policy, community management guidelines, and reporting recommendations are among the resources Trellist is scoped to create.
Trellist will also build dashboards within the Sprinklr social business platform to highlight how the client's content is performing and engaging audiences, which will help inform the success of future social strategies and campaigns. Moreover, Trellist's social media experts will guide the company's employee advocacy efforts on social media, which aim to drive awareness of its products and services through employee amplification.
