A national specialty retailer recently hired Trellist to develop a digital strategy to optimize their online presence and maximize ROI potential. After conducting an assessment of the retailer’s current business model, brand strategy, and web user experience, Trellist delivered a digital strategy roadmap – including brand positioning, direct marketing, paid search, website redesign, and optimization of the online credit application. Trellist also developed a preliminary ROI model for the digital strategy in order to show the client’s management team the impact the program will have. Trellist is currently providing the retailer with consulting services for paid search and optimization of the online credit application to increase the online customer base, with plans to implement additional recommended strategies in the near future.
