Trellist Improves Mobile Experience, Increases Site Traffic

Recently, Trellist helped a parking company optimize their website for mobile users. The company manages over 100 parking facilities.

The organization, for which Trellist is the Agency of Record, wanted to convert their entire website to an updated platform and improve the mobile experience.  

Trellist analyzed the mobile users’ behaviors and needs and compared the pros and cons of a new responsive design vs. a mobile optimized website. Results showed mobile users are almost strictly focused on reservations, directions and rates,

Trellist recommended a mobile optimized website, an approach that was more cost effective and focused on user needs.

Since the new mobile optimized website was launched, the site has seen an increase in both traffic and reservations.
