Trellist recently delivered multi-channel assets for a financial services company’s loyalty campaign. Components of the campaign included a segmentation strategy, messaging, creative and code development for emails, banners, and splash pages for the company’s website. The purpose of the loyalty campaign was to remind existing customers they have a great credit card product, with exclusive perks and benefits. The campaign exceeded channel averages and led to increased engagement, and card usage among customers.
