Trellist was selected by a category-leading dairy processor to redefine and enhance its online brand voice and align it with the company’s recently refreshed brand and market positioning.
Trellist’s social business consultants will lead a training session with the company’s customer service representatives (CSRs), enabling them to personify the refreshed brand and take greater ownership for developing consistent and on-brand responses to customer inquiries. The training will provide CSRs with the guidance and direction they need to align their content with the appropriate digital channels, including email, Twitter and Facebook. The facilitated training will include hands-on writing exercises complemented by live and collaborative feedback. Following the training, Trellist will provide the company with guidance and training materials to support “refresh sessions” and the onboarding of future hires.
